2. Eligibility for Returns

A. Eligible Products

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging

  • Items damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect items received

  • Non-perishable products depending on category

B. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh, frozen, or perishable goods

  • Items opened or used

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or discounted clearance items


3. Return Window

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.


4. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@green7.ae with:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if damaged or incorrect)

  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility.

  3. Items will be collected or dropped off depending on area.

  4. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

    Restocking Fee: No restocking fee




5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued by:

  • Original payment method

  • Store credit (optional for customer convenience)

Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrect: Free return

  • If return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind): Customer pays return shipping


7. Exchanges

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange delivery of the exchange item once the returned item is received and verified.


8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed and must follow the return procedure.
