2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimated times:

• Handling Time: 1–2 business days

• Transit Time: 1–2 business days

• Remote areas: May require additional time

Delays due to weather, traffic, or public holidays may occur.

3. Shipping Fees

• Delivery fee: FREE 

• Any Fees are calculated at checkout before payment

4. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM are processed same day

• Orders placed after 2 PM are processed next business day

• Customers will receive SMS/email confirmation of order status

5. Failed Deliveries

A delivery attempt will be made twice.
If unsuccessful, the order may be canceled and a return shipping fee may be deducted.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship:

• Outside the UAE

• Hazardous or restricted items as defined by UAE regulations

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
