1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across the UAE

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.


2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman ,UAQ: Delivery within 1–3 business days
  • Other Emirates: Delivery within 1–6 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak seasons.
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped
  • Remote areas: May require additional time

Delays due to weather, traffic, or public holidays may occur.


3. Shipping Fees

    Delivery Charges:

    • Free delivery in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain (UAQ)
    • AED 19 delivery fee for all other Emirates

    4. Order Processing

    • All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification with delivery details.
    • Please ensure all shipping information is correct to avoid delays.

    5. Failed Deliveries

    A delivery attempt will be made twice.
    If unsuccessful, the order may be canceled and a return shipping fee may be deducted.


    6. Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently deliver within the UAE only.
    • Delivery is available to most residential and commercial addresses; however, some remote or restricted areas may experience delays or limited service.
    • Customers must provide a valid phone number and complete address to ensure successful delivery.

    7. Damaged or Missing Items

    We take great care in packaging and delivering your orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the steps below:

    • Notify us within 24hours of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number along with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
    • Our team will review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
    • Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

    Please note:

    • Claims made after the specified time may not be accepted.
    • We reserve the right to assess the condition of the item before approving a replacement or refund.
